An Evening Proclamation With Saturnian Civilization

This evening, as I was unwinding for bedtime, I noticed notorious Saturnian named Semjase seemed to request I address an issue that was gnawing at her (so to speak) related to Arcturian Complex interactions. I often consider the Arcturians, who are sometimes called the name Patupaiarehe (pronounced “Pata-Pari”) or Koldasion in my daily affairs. She seemed displeased by something happening with ongoing maneuvers among extraterrestrial-controlled spaceships.

Arcturians are bipedal beings I’ve experienced as benevolent.

Arcturians somewhat resemble “this fellow.”

I know Arcturian Complex interactions are highly controversial because intelligence community members are not always personally included in a physical capacity, and the following is information I’ve learned from direct CE-2 telepathic contacts. If I.C. members want to be included more in a physical capacity, I hope they can reach out telepathically to the Arcturians in a spirit of peace. Arcturians will know when I.C. members want to ambush them to collect genetic samples, and this is not permitted.

Sometimes other extraterrestrial or inter-terrestrial species are moving and maneuvering around Plejaren (who are the Saturnians, and should not be confused for another genetic group) and this at times makes the Plejaren uncomfortable if they don’t understand what’s going on during maneuvers of other beings like Andromedans. In such situations, Plejaren might want to recede toward an orb-profile spaceship that provides them safety as the Lyrans who accompany them assess the situation.

During assessment, Arcturians and Sirians may evaluate the situation. Beings known as Hyadeans also sometimes recede to their “safety pod” that very much resembles a Lyran orb-profile spaceship at a glance, though then one type of being termed Hyadean who might be said to resemble an Arcturian may wish to assume the role of a telepathic controller and deploy “rods” for telepathic control in situations that confound them.

Real-life “UFO” encounters can be stunning for experiencers, and this is crucial for us as surface humans in recognizing a more advanced technological society is active alongside our own in such situations, and not to slip into denial.

Lyrans from “brass orb” missions that have been seen in South Africa and elsewhere worldwide are not in tension with other Lyran missions. The “brass orb” aircraft they work with are often reflective, and I’ve seen them termed “gold orb” missions despite their reflective brass exterior. They have been reported in South Africa since 1946, though they were not direct participants in Nazi remnant hostilities toward Admiral Byrd’s forces that year in nearby Antarctica, wherein Admiral Byrd’s forces reported a flying saucer shot at Allies with a machine gun before the Axis forces were victorious. This encounter has been reported by Wm. Tompkins (RIP).

This “Brass Bell” photographed by Billy Meier of Switzerland is not a spaceship I’ve ever sensed in tension with the “brass orbs” of South Africa, which are associated with similar Nordic-type beings and were sighted in South Africa when Mr. Meier was only nine years old.

It came to my attention from one of my Sirian contacts that Arcturians are the subject of some controversy because they’ve never been seen by U.S. military personnel engaging in active hostilities with beings called “Tall Whites” who have been seen among some Saturnians by experts. “Tall Whites” are the subject of an active propaganda campaign being conducted by the U.S. Navy, and they sometimes work with taller Nordic-type beings who they are protective of. A number of experts on extraterrestrials, of course, are public figures.

To my knowledge, Arcturians are able to possess a device that has been termed a “paralysis pencil” that has been seen in Austrian space missions since the 1950s. This device is a small, handheld object the size of a pencil that can induce the effect of incapacitation in a non-lethal manner, with the smaller Arcturian helpers especially who might be in the 3–4’ tall range. This same device is deployed by the Agarthians of Pepinster, Belgium in cases of threats toward contactees in relation to the notorious “Pepinster Pyramid” of the Orion Complex according to my contacts with them.

Transport craft associated with Agarthians resemble this, which have been seen in Pepinster and elsewhere worldwide. They do not currently have a negative disposition toward the Drakensberg mission in South Africa in this Agarthian group, much like “gold orb Lyrans” seen in that country for 80 years now.

The taller Arcturians of the 5–6’+ height range can sometimes act in the role of an enforcer, where they have a larger silvery stick that can also induce incapacitation without lethality in the subject of intervention. These Arcturians have been seen by surface humans with Nordic-type helper beings who sometimes have white hair, and can function as liaisons to Lyran civilization on Earth. Sometimes these Arcturians do not act as enforcers, and simply wish to peacefully liaise with civilians themselves. Arcturians are protective of the Nordic-type helpers, who are allowed their own opinions about spirituality. These Arcturians are also known to protect contactees, and it is wise to approach them by opening one’s crown chakra and attempting telepathic communication first without going in “with a full breaching team” in which case the Arcturians may not wish confrontation.

If Arcturians have never been seen incapacitating Agarthians embarked in the Orion Complex, that’s because the Orion Complex maintains a friendly disposition toward them, and this was confirmed for me by Semjase.

According to my Sirian contact, it’s possible for “Tall White” souls to enter Arcturian life if they no longer wish to engage in “Tall White” life for whatever reason, though presently O.H. KRLL is not ready to enter Arcturian life.

Arcturians don’t have the same kind of hybrid missions that “Tall Whites” do at this time, where humans intermarrying with “Tall Whites” leaves the “Tall White” gene pool with more alleles and sometimes more robust DNA overall due to the timelines the “Tall Whites” are coming from where some are experiencing interruptions in their genes from release of nuclear material into the atmosphere.

During situations where the Saturnians may wish to return to a “safety orb” experts might term it, beings associated with Sirius A will allow Arcturian controllers to act on beings who might be seen as unruly or “acting out” toward Plejaren civilization. Venusians sometimes wish to “wait and see” in their craft when this kind of activity is going on.

Arcturians prefer non-violent incapacitation whenever possible, and Venusians with Saturnians are going to continue to allow non-lethal subduing in situations that don’t make sense to them to my understanding from my evening contacts.

It seems the Plejaren Federation alliance with Arcturians and Sirians will hold, as the latter evaluate situations that are confounding or vexsome with other genetic groups encountered by these Nordic-type beings. Beings associated with Epsilon Eridani have no intention to interfere with Sirian society at this time, with Arcturians, and I’ve never noticed them being “nasty” telepathic dominators of any Venusian or Saturnian despite their advanced telepathic abilities.

This “Atacama Humanoid” that has been addressed by the press resembles a being I would associate with Epsilon Eridani, though it seems a similar being with more robust stature is sometimes embarked in the Hyadean Complex with Nordic-type helper beings.

Semjase and her cohort gave me no indication that the “de facto compact” between the Plejaren Federation with the Arcturian Council, Sirian Council, and Epsilon Eridani civilization was weakening at all, and relations seem stable in what I hope is not a too controversial alliance.

Whatever is going on here, Sirians assured me that “whatever people call this being among Anu Sinom, and they themselves” are not giving aid and comfort to any genetic group termed Anunnaki at this time. These genetic groups attract the attention of Pre-Adamite civilization in the Grand Canyon, who also sometimes wait and wonder, “What the hell is the Anunnaki doing…?” apparently as the Anunnaki are moving about.

In this Butler-Walsh Petroglyph of Utah, beings I would call Anu Sinom are accompanied by another being I know by the name Corteum who are sometimes also termed Ancient Astronauts.

In the case any Anunnaki was unruly around Sirian contactees, from the “Jadaiahil Anunnaki” group or others, Sirian civilization is allowed to deploy psionic suppression of such beings, in which case they might be stunned or non-lethally incapacitated. Arcturian and Epsilon Eridani civilization can also apply psionic suppression of unruly reptilian beings, including the Sib-Met group that never cohabitates with Sirius A or Nommo society, or any being termed Agarthian.

“This kind of Nommo” cares what occurs during Anunnaki affairs, and they have not announced a “de facto alliance” with the so-called Jadaiahil Anunnaki. The activities of “This kind of Nommo” attract a bipedal helper being with a cranial ridge during such affairs as “Anunnaki are moving about areas of importance to Sirius C society.”

All Andromedans on Anunnaki escort missions do not have Mantis accompaniment at this time.

My hope is that there can be continued reason during these interactions, with beings known as Andromedan attempting more ongoing Anunnaki escort missions and sometimes embarking in the same spaceship as them. Andromedans are being asked by the Arcturian Council, Sirian Council, and others to “debrief” with them after Anunnaki escort missions due to the controversy these missions create in secret space programs, and whether Anunnaki are placing any strain on their ongoing genetic engineering programs. The Orion Complex is not planning to interfere in ongoing Arcturian and Sirian interventions, and attempts to bring Andromedans to debriefings as part of ongoing Sirian peacekeeping on Earth in conjunction with other star nations.
