Over the past three days, Token Mithrandir held a series of impactful events in Montevideo, Uruguay. One of the key gatherings took place at the Social and Recreational Club El Matrero, located in the Flor de Maroñas neighborhood, where local merchants came together to explore how DeFi (Decentralized Finance) tools could be integrated into their businesses.

Throughout these days, more than 60 wallets were created among merchants and community members from various neighborhoods in Montevideo, marking a significant step toward digital inclusion and adoption of blockchain technology.

During the event at Club El Matrero, participants received Cardano blockchain tokens such as Token MITHR, Token ACCIO, and learned how to send and receive digital assets in real time. These practical experiences opened up important conversations about the economic benefits and potential of blockchain-based systems in small- and medium-sized businesses.
