I am a Cockroach. However, I have solutions to eliminate the cockroaches, too!

First of all, let me brief you on what I meant by the title. One day ago, the CJI said law graduates and youngsters who are unemployed are cockroaches and parasites. Some are on social media, becoming RTI activists.

Now, Gen Z being Gen Z, a guy named Abhijit started the Cockroach Janta Party (CJP) and released its manifesto too. In one day, around 5 lakh cockroaches joined the party.

From Gen Z, I want to say that, of course, we are cockroaches. We have to be because our environment is dirty, and cockroaches flourish in the dirty surroundings.

Let’s examine how dirty or clean our surroundings are.

1. Do we have clean and fresh air to breathe? NO!
2. Do we have clean water to drink? NO!
3. Do we have a good education system? NO!
4. Do we have good healthcare facilities? NO!
5. Is our system non-corrupted? NO!

So, how can you think that there won’t be any cockroaches generated in this environment?!

The speciality of cockroaches:

They are primary waste recyclers. The youth are also trying to be aware and take action to get a clean environment to live in. Remember Article 21 of the Indian Constitution? Right to live in a clean environment.

I am sorry to say, but it is we who have to live the consequences of our dear elders’ karamat. Because their lifespan is near to ending, but ours has just started.

So, YES, we will do everything we can to make the surroundings a living-like place. Where air is pure, water is drinkable, my children can have a good education, and I can get good healthcare services.

Your choice of words for us is wrong, sir, with due respect. But, I guess I have the right to ask questions to the people who say they are top leaders of this country: When will we have all these things??

What we are demanding are basic needs and fair action. We are not wrong, sir.

So, that’s why I am proud to be a cockroZ.
