The Witcher — Ronin: Kickstarter

Already since the WitcherCon in July of this year, it is known that there will be a manga called The Witcher: Ronin. In order to launch a special Hard Copy Collector’s Edition to market this comic, CD project Red recently launched a kickstarter action. With their help, the team wants to collect at least 90,000 euros in order to finally finance the project. However, the response for the action has probably exceeded all expectations.

The brand of 90,000 euros was already reached within a very short time, but the counter continued to rise in the Aufwitzen Tempo. At the current date, more than 444,000 euros have come together. Since the Kickstarter action is still running until September 27, 2021, there is enough time to reach the million mark possibly. If the funds continue to flow at the previous level, the forecast of Kicktraq, according to even more than three million euros come together.

The Focus of the Kickstarter action is the Hard Copy Collector’s Edition by The Witcher (Buy Now € 99.97): Ronin, which includes both the main story and several short stories with known characters from the Witcher universe. Furthermore, the makers want to give you a look behind the scenes of the mangas. All the money, which exceeds the 90.000 mark at Kickstarter, should be put into additional content, which has not been known yet. The publication is planned for January 2022.
