Hanuman Ji with the Himalayas as his grand temple

It wasn’t a grand temple with walls or a roof. Hanuman Ji didn’t need a house here. He was surrounded not by brick and mortar, but by the sheer, beautiful presence of the Himalayas themselves! His small, bright orange figure sat perfectly against the backdrop of the towering snowy peaks. It felt as though he was keeping watch over the entire mountain range, a silent, loving guardian of nature.

Reciting the Hanuman Chalisa in the open air, with the wind carrying the words across the Dhauladhar ranges, brought such a warm sense of relief. Sitting before that simple, beautiful shrine, unconfined by walls and embraced by the giant mountains, I knew He was there. He was watching over us, blessing our journey and the very ground beneath our feet.
