I know what you’re thinking.
AI eBooks? Those are everywhere now.
No one pays for something a robot wrote.
The market is saturated.
Fair.
I thought the same thing before I made $4,591 in 30 days.
Here’s the thing.
The Lie
‘‘You need to be a real writer to sell an eBook.’’
No you don’t.
You need a question that Google answers with 47 ads and zero help.
AI eBooks don’t fail because AI wrote them.
AI eBooks fail because no one needed them to exist.
That’s the skill nobody talks about.
Three Kinds of AI Sellers
First kind types “write an eBook about productivity.”
Gets 200 pages of garbage.
Tries to sell it for $27.
Gets zero sales.
Says “AI doesn’t work.”
Quits.
Second kind rewrites the same ChatGPT output three times.
Adds fancy Canva covers.
Prices at $1.99.
Sells four copies to friends who never open it.
Quits.
Third kind finds one specific problem.
Asks ChatGPT five smart questions.
Edits for 21 minutes.
Prices at $3–19.
Makes first dollar.
Later makes $4,591.
Keeps going.
Third kind is not a better writer.
Third kind just sells answers, not books.
Be third kind.
The One Thing
A solution to a problem someone has already typed into a search bar.
Not a “manifesto.”
Not a “journey.”
Not a “comprehensive framework.”
One problem.
One fix.
One page.
Solves the thing that made them open their phone at 11pm.
Why a Small eBook Works
A 200-page book says: “I assume you have three weeks to figure this out.”
A 15-page AI eBook says: “I assume you have 15 minutes and a headache.”
At 11pm, when someone has already tried YouTube and gave up?
They buy the short one.
Every time.
The 21 Minutes
Here’s exactly what I did.
Minute 1–3:
Typed “why can’t I [common problem]” into Google.
Picked the question with the most frustration.
Minute 4–8:
Opened ChatGPT.
Pasted the question.
Said: “Pretend you’re explaining this to someone who is tired, annoyed, and has tried three things that didn’t work.”
Minute 9–12:
ChatGPT gave me 11 bullet points.
I deleted 6.
Kept 5 that were actually usable.
Minute 13–16:
Told ChatGPT: “Now turn each bullet into one action step. Maximum 10 words per step.”
Minute 17–19:
Opened Google Docs.
Pasted everything.
Added one sentence at the top: “Read this in 7 minutes. Fix your problem in 10 more.”
Minute 20:
Exported as PDF.
Named it “[Problem] Solved.pdf.”
Minute 21:
Uploaded to Gumroad.
Price: $9.
Posted the link on Reddit and Twitter.
Walked away.
What ChatGPT Cannot Do
Know which problem is painful enough to wake up a credit card.
ChatGPT is a typist.
You are the detective.
Detectives get paid more.
Act like it.
Revenue
The AI eBook that made $4,591 in 30 days.
Fifteen pages. Four screenshots. $4,591.
Gumroad screenshot: $4K earned in April.
That’s $306 per page.
A New York Times bestseller makes about $3 per book.
I’m not saying I’m better than NYT authors.
I’m saying they never sold a 15-page PDF to someone who just failed at something for the fifth time.
The Breakdown
Sales came from Reddit comments and one Twitter thread.
Didn’t check my dashboard for a week.
That was the real win.
The algorithm decided I was the answer.
People started finding it through Google.
I stopped asking why.
What You Actually Need
Not a cover designer.
Not an editor.
Not a launch team.
One frustrating question. Five specific answers. One PDF. One price under $30. One place to put the link.
That’s it.
The Hard Truth
You will not make $3 today.
Not because you can’t.
Because you won’t pick one stupid question and answer it.
You’ll read this. Tell yourself “I need a better niche.”
Better never comes.
Perfection is a procrastination strategy that pays $0.
The Only Question
11pm tonight. Someone just failed at something simple. They are embarrassed. They won’t ask a friend. They won’t post on social media.
They need one PDF that fixes it silently.
Will they find your eBook?
Or will they find a free YouTube video that’s 47 minutes long with a 4-minute loud intro?
If not? Open ChatGPT right now.
Twenty-one minutes starts when you type the first question.
Not when you feel ready.
Now.
I’m still taking messy notes. But now, they pay my phone bill (understatement).
By the end of the week: $400+ from PDFs I spent less time making than my morning coffee order.
Latest screenshot: $93.07 earned in one day.
Screenshot: $421 in 7 days.
Screenshot: Average daily earnings $80–$400 — no paid traffic, no followers, just strategic placement and hustle.
1,710+ scrappy hustlers already got paid.
Here’s what you get:
• Ugly PDFs that sell fast — no design skills needed. • Plug-and-play templates you can customize in 20 mins. • Where to hustle free traffic (Reddit, Twitter, Facebook) without spam or bans. • How to bundle your PDFs to scale from $3.99 → $400+/week.
I put the exact details on → **Substack.**
Stop scrolling.
Start selling.
P.S. When your at my Substack you can find what you need in my bio.
