October 2025 Recap for HAG Community Members
After dipping to around $99K in early November, Bitcoin rebounded and climbed back above $100K. Let’s take a look at HAG’s performance in October.

Mining Operations
From October 1 to October 31, 2025, BTC experienced four distinct phases. From October 1 to 6, BTC prices showed an upward trend, rising from around $122,224 to approximately $126,186. Between October 6 and 17, prices declined significantly, falling from about $126,186 to around $103,633. Then, from October 17 to 26, BTC entered a rebound phase, climbing from roughly $103,633 to $115,154. Finally, between October 26 and 31, BTC prices moved downward again, decreasing from about $111,261 to $108,319.

In October 2025, There were a total of two difficulty adjustments. On October 8, the hashrate difficulty fell from 150.83T to 146.71T. On October 29, the hashrate difficulty increased to 155.97T. The average hashrate difficulty was 149.59T , up 7.8% compared with 137.87T in September 2025.
Financial Performance and Distribution
The HAG Distribution Report for October 2025 provides a detailed overview of Bitcoin mining yields and distributions. The Bitcoin mining gross yield for the month was ₿ 0.71573096. After deducting operating expenses of ₿ 0.57487296, general and administrative expenses of ₿ 0.06642841, and distribution and market-related expenses of ₿ 0.02078260, the total net yield in Bitcoin amounted to ₿ 0.05364698.
The management team has allocated ₿ 0.01609409 to the reserve pool this month, resulting in a distributable total net yield of ₿ 0.03755289. Using an effective WBTC/BTC exchange rate of 0.9996, the distributable net yield in WBTC was ₿ 0.03756763. With a total of 52,556.27 HAG tokens issued, the distributed net yield per HAG token amounted to ₿ 0.00000071 in WBTC.
The decline in distributable yield compared with September was primarily driven by two factors. First, the Bitcoin network’s mining difficulty increased by approximately 8.4% on average during the month, reaching multiple all-time highs. Second, the drop in Bitcoin’s price meant a higher amount of BTC was required to cover operational costs. Combined, these factors led to a lower net yield. As previously discussed in HAG’s Medium posts, the relationship between BTC price and mining net yield is nonlinear, meaning yield fluctuations tend to be more pronounced than BTC price movements themselves.
Despite these short-term pressures, the management team remains firmly committed to the “Mine & Hold” strategy. Having experienced several market cycles, the core team continues to maintain a long-term perspective even as the current Bitcoin network conditions prompt some miners to exit. HAG’s deployment of S21 series mining servers provides a competitive advantage in efficiency and performance. The team expresses sincere appreciation to all holders for their continued support — Mine & Hold with HAG.

Future Outlook
Due to the significant increase in Bitcoin mining difficulty and the recent price drop, HAG’s October distribution saw a decline. However, from a macro perspective, the Federal Reserve is expected to end shrinking the balance sheet in December and may even cut interest rates. When that happens, market liquidity will increase substantially, allowing us to stay optimistic about 2026. As Bitcoin’s price rises, HAG’s returns are expected to grow even faster. For now, mining remains one of the best ways to invest in Bitcoin.
