Separating a Cannabis Producer/Processor License into two locations requires a Change of Location Application for the business you wish to relocate and an Alteration Application for your current licensed location. Both applications can be processed at the same time.

For your Change of Location Application, you will need to provide all of the information below:

• Operating plan for the privilege that has been moved
• Lease or sublease in the entity’s name for the new location
• Floor plan for the new location
• Bank/investment statement(s) that verify the source of funds used for this relocation
• Photographic evidence of the new location’s compliance

Your Alteration Application requires the documents below:

• An updated floor plan that does not include the business being relocated
• An updated operating plan for the privilege that will stay at this location
