**Republic Day 2024 Parade Highlights: “Aavaahan” took center stage at Kartavya Path on Friday as India marked its 75th Republic Day. Dignitaries including French President Macron, the chief guest, President Murmu, and Prime Minister Narendra Modi witnessed the event, which featured tableaux representing states, Union Territories, and various ministries. The parade’s twin themes, ‘Visit Bharat’ (developed India) and ‘Bharat — Loktantra Ki Matruka’ (India — the mother of democracy), were showcased. The Republic Day Parade started at 10:30 AM from Vijay Chowk to Kartavya Path.

On the occasion, the national capital was under an extensive security deployment on the occasion, with more than 70,000 personnel deployed across the city. Among them, 14,000 personnel were stationed at and around Kartavya Path to ensure the security of the **Republic Day parade**.
