Deliberation-The Essence of Executive Leadership [Video Episode 44]

If you want leadership tips, you have reached the correct page. Nonetheless, my leadership tips are not merely blogs, they are video logs on deliberation in the process of making executive decisions.

I live and work in Bay area, California as an executive manager and my work logs are used to create the video logs which feature in these video episodes.

True. I believe in documentation, besides many agile methodologies opposing the same in order to save time and cost.

The two video logs are generated from my work logs, as I mentioned before, created as a part of my work in various forms of executive leadership, in Silicon Valley Tech Organizations, in the United States of America.

As I continue to live and work in California in executive leadership, my work logs are fresh and so are these video logs, and they contain many real time examples and insights from recent national, international events and news.

The highlight of the series is the time span of the videos, which is limited to less than twenty minutes understanding the importance of executive time management.

In this antepenultimate episode of my executive series titled, ‘Deliberation — the essence of executive leadership’, I crack the code for two major decisions made by the citizens of the United States of America, using moral reasoning.

Episode 44 — Vlog 1

I begin the first video log by differentiating morality and moral reasoning and I move on to elucidate my audience by stating that intelligent human beings with the power of reasoning can validate a legal crime and make their own decisions. I give the instance of the 2024 Presidential elections of United States of America and the guilty verdict of POTUS Donald J Trump on 34 felony counts, from my personal point of view and I conclude that moral reasoning is beyond law books or accounting books, it is the interpretation of adult reasoning and implementation of the moral code of the society, that we live in.

Episode 44 — Vlog 2

In the second video log of this 44th video episode, I clarify the reasons for Iran war 2026 [Operation Epic Fury] by exploring the nuclear threat posed by Iran and the importance of insider and outsider perspectives in handling a crisis, during the process of deliberation. I also state that a fanatic religious regime, must never be allowed to have the nuclear power, as the supreme power must lie in the hands of the rulers and not in the hands of the priest.

I end the episode by mentioning that the age and health of the executive leaders play an important role in their abilities to make prudent decisions.
