DarkWire — what can you find in Alpha version.

This is a very short description of DarkWire’s current progress.

**Shortly about DarkWire and how should it work. **DarkWire is an application that will allow its users to make calls within the app as well as out- of-network calls while remaining anonymous. Therefore, DarkWire will provide its users with an additional layer of anonymity by substituting their real voice with its synthesized version.

Our primary goal is to make the process of calling cell phones and landlines more secure. We came up with this idea after we realised how many calls are made daily and how insecure people are during such calls. Maximum protection that is currently available on the market is a purchase of a Skype or Viber number, which will automatically connect this number with your payment and the payment will connect this number to your identity. This means that the only way to protect your identity while making or receiving a phone call is simply making it a little bit harder to disclose your identity.

So how are we solving this problem? Once you are making an out-of-network call through DarkWire you are redirected to one of our Twillio numbers and your call is made from this number. Meanwhile your voice is already substitute by its synthesised version and nor your callee nor any software can recognise it. We provide our users with a crypto currency payment option, thus destroying the connection between you and the Twillio’s phone number from which you will make a call. Profit!

Current progress. Now we are only finalising Alpha version of DarkWire. As we are following the *Lean Startup strategy* our primary goal now is to hear our users’ feedback, hence we are rushing to deploy our MVP (minimum viable product). In our case Alpha version is our MVP and it includes only the primary features of our app that we want to test – ability of users to make out-of-network calls while substituting their real voice with its synthesised version.

Since we are only testing out our technology, we decided to make it absolutely free for all our test users. Free app and free unlimited calls to any US cell phone or landline. The only thing we want to get in return for our services now is our users’ feedback.

2. In alpha version of DarkWire users will be able to call any US cell phone or landline, substituting their voice with its synthesised version for free.
3. The current version of app doesn’t focus on your anonymization.
4. You will be able to choose between making a call with male or female voice.
