Why Abortion Is Immoral And Should Be Outlawed.

Many will wonder when the downfall of our nation began. After all, we were once a good people. A strong people. We saved the world twice in two world wars. We dropped food into starving Poland after World War I. We give food everywhere in the world. We aren’t perfect as a nation. Our horrific past notion of slavery confirms that point. And neither is any other nation. But the fact remains that we have done less harm and more good than most of the other countries put together. When the world is in dire straits, who do they call? It’s not France, it’s us — America.

The first spiral of our descent may have started with the hippie movement in the 1960s. Now it can be argued that we were too strait laced before the days that strolled with Gordon Lightfoot and those Moody bluesmen. A lot of that was run by religion. I’m not a fan of anyone telling me what my stride should resemble in this walk of life. But there was racism against black Americans and an unequal pay scale for women. No one but a fool would argue those points. And the great advocate known as Reason came forth and solved those issues.

But the long hair with the tie dye went too far. They didn’t want a balance, they wanted social anarchy. They wanted a continuous love nest with no threads binding. Unfortunately, there are consequences with that nest serenaded by Joni. For every culture frowns upon that free for all in the bedroom. Because whether you believe in Abraham as historical or not, it is historical that the ancients who lived in his time weren’t fans of the ballads for free love either. For every society innately understands that reckless sex will result in chaos in that society. It weakens the concept of the family unit. And when that breaks down, the society itself follows suit. I’ll give credence to our present state in America to prove that point. Maybe that was why the great Yahweh took a minute to invent a few uncomfortable ailments that could follow too much with too many in the act. To keep us modified apes just a little more in check.

But the big consequence that all young men feared if they took a bite of that fruit was the incoming addition to their DNA. The two words that would change a man’s life forever not to mention hers. Not just a roadblock that life throws in front of you but a detour into a completely unknown and unprepared for land.

I’m pregnant.

It came down to two options in those days. The stand-up guys would marry their girls in trouble. They would at least try to give it a go for a stable family unit. As one of my scoutmasters said when his eldest eighteen-year-old son suddenly realized fatherhood was on the near horizon: You play, you pay.

Or the wayward gal would give the child up for adoption. Single motherhood was not in vogue in those long ago days. The church certainly wasn’t helpful to these poor gals, who many times were left by the roadside by their truly chosen, who stayed true on the path only until it became rocky. But either way, someone was going to have to take responsibility.

And then came Roe V. Wade.

You wonder what opened the door to Hell in our country? That was it. That was the day when we walked whatever Lucifer you believe in right through our front door. That was the day we embraced Evil. When we publicly endorsed that just because you’re a woman, you have the right to end a beating heart based on the status that those heartbeats are coming from inside of your body.

I wasn’t always a believer in Yahweh. I’ve been through all of the factions. I was raised in good old mother Catholic and became an atheist in my late teens to early twenties. I veered toward agnosticism and then Buddhism. I returned to Christianity for years and ended closer to a Jew than anything else. I’m no fan of churches, synagogues, mosques or any institution where man is somehow designated to speak for God. The Jews would refer to me as an almost Ben Noach type. One who believes fundamentally in Jewish philosophy but isn’t converted. Because I’m not letting a Rabbi run my life either.

But even as an atheist I knew Roe V. Wade was a monstrosity. Killing the unborn is something Communist China does, not patriots in the land of the free. The problem is the Christians use the wrong arguments that will never get this terrible, immoral law overturned completely in all fifty states. They speak of the soul entering within days of conception. They talk about God’s will. None of this can be entertained in a nation given to separation of church and state. Your Christian viewpoint makes an unwinnable argument to put this ruling into the grave forever.

But there exists one secular argument that has no rebuttal. We are ignoring this point because we have become accustomed now to our continual genocide. Most pro-lifers are afraid to even say it out loud in a coffee shop in fear of offending the barista. Too many decades have passed now. The feminist sees killing the unborn as an unalienable right. So do many so called Christians as well as those cousins of mine in Judaism. My point negates their contention. Completely.

Abortion ends a beating heart.

Is it really that simple? Yes, it is. Moral absolutes usually are. There exists a beating heart and abortion ends that heart and that life. The heart muscle in pregnancy starts to pulse at five to six weeks. The female does not know she is pregnant until then. She may miss her cycle and initially think she is late and then a few weeks later she will know she is with child. That heart is beating then. That’s it and that’s all. You don’t end a beating heart and the only time a decision like that resides with the impregnated would be if her life is in danger. That’s when it would be her choice and that choice would be horrible. All arguments from liberals and feminists fall short with the simple counterpoint of it is a beating heart.

But it is my body, my choice.

Incorrect. It is not your choice. You are having a severe conflict with biology. Women give birth to children. That was nature’s make up. I’m sorry you don’t like that you carry a second life in your body, but you don’t have the right to end it. Regardless of what the law says. The law once said it was fine to own someone in the southern states as well. We rectified that horrible law. We need to rectify Roe V. Wade. Because you are ending a heartbeat.

But what about rape victims? They didn’t have a choice.

Yes, they actually did. There are day-after pills that stop you from getting pregnant long before the five to six week mark. I am not opposed to those because live, pulsating tissue is not involved at that point. I’m not attacking Roe V. Wade on religious grounds. I’m attacking ending a beating heart. If one was a rape victim and is now five to six weeks pregnant, I stand that it is a beating heart. Regardless of how it happened. Feminists will despise me for that statement. That’s ok because I despise feminists back. You are propagating murder on genocidal levels. We will never be friends.

But they’ll go back to abortions in backway alleys like the old days, which is dangerous. Do you want that?

I don’t want abortions in back alleys, in front alleys, in underground clinics or sanctioned clinics. I want abortion outlawed — period. If doctors were to go back to performing abortions illegally, I want them prosecuted and to serve prison time for murder. Telling us a wrong will happen if we eliminate a prior wrong is not justifiable. That argument is nonsense.

Roe V. Wade wasn’t passed because it was justified. It was passed in a country that was falling into the left wing agenda, which like all of their agendas, are intent on destroying this nation. It was passed because no one took a stand on growing feminism whose intent was on destroying the family unit, which has now had the great effect of destroying women as well. Have you read recently how many women are on anti-depressants by thirty? Have you seen the depression rates and misery indexes for women skyrocket? That’s what feminists have accomplished. They got their equal pay for equal work and they should have. And they should have stopped there. Because now we have a country that commits mass murder just like our sworn enemy, China, did.

It was also passed because of the weakened moral fiber of men. How many women were in legislation at the time abortion laws were being discussed? How many comparatively are in today? Men could have shut this down anytime they wanted. They didn’t. Because it was convenient. The failsafe used to be the pill or condoms. But if those fail, the young man now has a get out of jail free card. Just pay for an outpatient procedure at an abortion clinic. No one is held accountable for their actions. My old scoutmaster’s adage of you play, you pay is now negated.

This horrible ruling needs to be completely and universally reversed. There are a few states trying, but it isn’t enough. The only concession should be, again, if the woman’s life is in danger. If not, ending a heartbeat is not her choice. When we passed Roe V. Wade, Evil gained that foothold into our country. Why not have transgender men playing female sports? We end heartbeats by the millions now. So anything goes.

If there is any hope to salvage our falling nation, we will have to go back and shut that door we opened in 1973. Possibly we can come to reason once again on all the other immoral policies that are ravaging our nation now like the plague.

But first we have to send the evil we allowed into America in 1973 back to Hell where it belongs.
