July Jumbles! 🌧️: The Geometry of Drawing Near

A poem on a compass, a pirouette, and six 60° steps of drawing near to God.

To be a tow vehicle of a realm is to mark the center of a plane, use the dimension of length horizontally, just where you are, to set the compass opening to the required unit of length.

Whatever unit you choose, standing on its pin, and pencil like a dancer's free leg, be it a small or larger movement, perform a 360° Pirouette.

Arc the heart, Arc the brain, Good with my soul's stomach.

Oh my, did I remember to say that you must make 60° each time by having a triangle of equal sides?

Keep the compass opening fixed. Step the compass around the circumference.

Each creates a triangle of equal sides, equal to the compass radius.

Quite 60° in six equal parts.

One for the heart my love.

Two for the brain my mind.

Three for my soul's stomach.

Oh, keep it 360°, step by step, returning to Him, the same radius and the center of His will.

This will keep every point on the circle the same distance from the center.

Oh, what joy is at the center, to be a moving pencil around at the compass opening to alter my life

in six 60° steps: Prayer. The Word. Worship. Quiet time. Corporate gathering. Gospel witness.

Just as I love Him with the three-tier of all of me heart, and mind, soul’s stomach.
