Lonely in the crowd
And other lamentations only you could understand
Lonely in the crowd

Every day still passes like before. The world moves forward while we stay still. Or are we moving after all? I can’t seem to remember what I wrote in that book to you. Something about a little bird cradled in the branches of a juniper tree. Was it a juniper? It had to be a juniper… right?
Anyways, nothing changed. The little bird still sleeps its eternal rest.
Except that everything is a bit more wicked for us now, and unlike the little bird, we do not get to rest within a cradle of branches.
I don’t know about you, but loneliness is what I feel.
I’m lonely in the crowd.
I’m lonely with my friends.
I’m lonely when I see something I’d want to share with you.
God I never realized how many times that happens during a single day.
I gave you my attempt at describing heaven. It’s right there in the book. Please don’t throw it away.
Even if you’re angry at me.
