Xuzhou Full SUN MEDICAL Products Ltd, a modern medical products company established by Taiwan’s Jin Bao Shan Group, is one of the largest medical glove production bases in the world, with an annual output of 9 billion medical gloves and a production value exceeding 3 billion RMB. Issues like pitting, leakage, and failure points became common, and tests revealed that parameters such as carbon residue and viscosity had exceeded standard levels, severely affecting production stability.

Upon identifying these issues, Xuzhou Full SUN MEDICAL Products Ltd immediately began searching for a more stable and reliable heat transfer fluid solution. After multiple rounds of technical exchanges, evaluations, and comparisons with industry peers, the company finally chose Chemie Eurotherm high-temperature synthetic heat transfer fluid. The Eurotherm heat transfer fluid is known for its superior thermal stability and low-temperature flowability, making it particularly suitable for the PVC glove production line’s processing needs. Manufactured through a rigorous synthesis process, Chemie’s heat transfer fluid effectively avoids coking and carbonization issues, while maintaining fluid stability at high temperatures.

In December 2009, Xuzhou Full SUN MEDICAL Products Ltd signed a procurement contract for 260 tons of Eurotherm heat transfer fluid, with 114 tons used to replace two heating systems in the first plant and 146 tons for the new heating system in the second plant. In early 2010, they also ordered an additional 90 tons for the new production line. With this replacement, the company not only solved the thermal stability issue but also significantly enhanced the safety and efficiency of its heating systems.
