Our bloodline is one of the most important things that make our lives. It holds our DNA and can determine our strengths and weaknesses. Our DNA carries our ancestors memories and helps build a program for our identity, in terms of looks, build and our instinctual fears and passions. This is from epigenetic traits caused through our ancestors, which change our DNA. This means we can also do this for our future generations, which is known as a form of genotype. Our livelihoods, however aren’t solely made up of our ancestors so don’t be concerned. This is by the environment having influence on your genotype, which is known as phenotype. Moreover, people who are spiritual should understand that their ancestors memories are stored in them, and that connecting to your ancestors is very important in understanding who you are and your family karma, and is said to be important for beginners in spirituality.

Our families collective problems

You may of noticed your family tend to share many issues and problems, maybe being mental, physical or spiritual. This could be that your family have the consistency of being at risk to diabetes throughout generations, or you all suffer from the same financial situations. It could also be something as to suffering from the same sort of mental illness’ such a schizophrenia or depression. This is all due to the fact that our family has generational or ancestral karma that we have to deal with. This could be because of a singular time or generation causing a problem in the family that needs fixing, and can only be fixed through the youngest generations learning and overcoming from it, allowing the ancestral karma to go away. There is a certain reason why there are some families who know how to grow wealth throughout generations, or they are naturals at building things. Everything is from the blood. You just got to add and remove things to your blood and DNA to change the outcomes of your lineage. Being separated from your family can further add to the problem, believe it or not. So make sure you can try your best to solve family issues to reduce karma onto future generations. You are all one of the same blood.

An Ancestor altar typically compromises of the same things across traditions. One may need a candle, a picture of their ancestors and an offering to feed them on the most basic level. The picture holds their spirit and is connected to them, their full name and birthday can also do the same if picture unavailable, the candle holds the source of light that allows communication to the other world and the offering provides a source of energy for your ancestor to feed on. Talk and give offerings daily, if not weekly in order to build a strong relationship with your ancestors and provide them a source of life force so they can be strong enough to help themselves then help you in the physical. No, they do not actually eat the food, but they zap the energy from it. Do not eat the offering after and throw it in the bin. That offering is not for use after it’s done.

This building of a connection is to ensure your bloodline can be prosperous on the other side, as the astral is nothing but the unseen physical. One can buy a drink, play video games and have sex in the other side, just like the physical. Anything and more is possible and most of the time, they need an energy source to do these things, or currency. When this is done, they can be able to communicate with you through dreams and maybe even through channeling. They will visit you and advice you in the physical to ensure that you are good. Ancestors can provide good wisdom and protection.

Ancestor money

Ancestor money, also known as hell notes in the west, are pieces of joss paper with the Jade Emperor on it. This paper is said to be the currency of the spirit world, and is used everywhere. The Jade Emperor is the guardian of all wealth and is known to be in charge of the spiritual currency. If one burns these notes, with the intent of giving it to your ancestors, by saying this is for your ancestors, or all your ancestors, you will be sending that money to them. This is for them to use. You can also do this to burn off karma, being financial, relationship or health based karma. Doing this practice is very powerful when done consistently, and it works.

After all

We have so many ancestors, maybe hundreds of thousands to millions, who share the same dna as us. They are the foundation of our physical identity and can help better you in your physical lives. Having strong connections with your ancestors is like having an army, or having an organisation of people who are all apart of you, that see you as apart of them and are willing to work with you to see you succeed. Call upon all your ancestors, not only the ones you know, ask them for guidance and burn joss paper for them, to better your life. I must note that from my understanding, the only joss paper that works is the one with the Jade Emperor on it. The others have no effect. Take it as you will as this is just a warning, the holder a guardian of celestial wealth is in the emperors hands, not anyone else’s.
