Like many entrepreneurs I don’t personally have a working relationship with a very successful entrepreneur that can guide me through each stage of business growth. However, this book is just that. Ramsey pulls no punches in sharing his journey from the start up stage to creating and executing a succession plan. I would highly recommend it.
