With this announcement, Maxshot officially enters Phase 1: Genesis Launch — a points-driven phase focused on bootstrapping liquidity, usage, and ecosystem contributions. Future phases and details around the TGE will be announced in due course.

What Are MaxPoints?

MaxPoints follow a proven incentive framework used across the crypto ecosystem to align long-term users with Maxshot’s growth. MaxPoints recognize and track meaningful contributions to the Maxshot ecosystem, representing participation in its ongoing development and expansion. Any future utility, rewards, or conversion mechanisms related to MaxPoints, including potential token-related use cases, will be announced separately if and when applicable.

How to Earn MaxPoints

Maxshot’s earning framework is built around several core contribution categories, each designed to reward users for meaningful participation at different levels of engagement. MaxPoints are awarded transparently and can be tracked in real time through the dedicated dashboard.

At launch, MaxPoints apply to Maxshot’s first flagship, agent-driven product — the yield aggregation vaults. Similar incentive mechanisms may be introduced to additional agent-powered products in the future as the Maxshot ecosystem expands.

1. TVL Growth: Capital Deployment 💹

Liquidity is the foundation of Maxshot’s agent-driven ecosystem. Users earn MaxPoints by depositing stablecoins and crypto assets into Maxshot vaults, where capital is actively managed by autonomous AI agents across protocols and chains.

Native Vaults (Maxshot Omni USDC)

Deposits into Maxshot’s native AI-managed vaults earn priority rewards, as they directly power the core agent infrastructure and strategy execution.

Curated Vaults

Deposits into curated, partner-backed vaults also earn MaxPoints, supporting ecosystem integrations and diversified strategies.

Reward weightings and any multipliers are evaluated case by case based on vault design, partnership, and ecosystem goals.

Launch Boost (Weeks 1–4, starting from Dec 30, 2025)

During the initial launch period, deposits into Maxshot vaults earn boosted MaxPoints to accelerate early liquidity and agent activation. Native AI-managed vaults receive a 5× boost (5 points per $100 per day), reflecting their direct role in powering core agent execution and cross-chain optimization. Curated partner-backed vaults — including dForce USDC (Ethereum, Arbitrum) and dForce USDT (Ethereum, Arbitrum) — receive a 3× boost (3 points per $100 per day), supporting ecosystem integrations and diversified agent-driven strategies.

Both native and partner deposits accrue points daily, tracked transparently on the MaxShot Dashboard, no additional effort required beyond your initial deposit.

2. Referral: Spread the word and get rewarded 📩

Maxshot has also introduced a referral system that lets you earn passively from users you bring into the ecosystem. When you refer someone to Maxshot, you earn 10% of all the points they accumulate through capital deployment (contributions submitted through Google Form are excluded).

How it works:

• Visit Maxshot’s referral page to get your unique referral link.
• Share it with your friends or community; when they deposit into Maxshot vaults (native or partner), they start accumulating points
• You automatically receive 10% of every point they earn through their deposits
• Your referred users’ points are unaffected — they earn their full allocation while you earn bonus points on top

Requirements are straightforward:

• Feedback must be actionable and clearly documented.
• Include screenshots, transaction IDs, or step-by-step reproduction steps.
• Only the first valid report for each unique issue receives the reward

Build and publish original tools that add utility to the Maxshot ecosystem and get up to 5,000 MaxPoints depending on complexity and impact:

• Dune Dashboards: Real-time analytics dashboards tracking vault performance, yield distribution, or cross-chain activity
• SDK Tools & Utilities: Libraries or scripts that simplify Maxshot integration for developers
• Trading Bots & Automation: Automated tools that optimize user interactions with Maxshot vaults
