Pi Day

Before anything, know that it’s my first time celebrating. I’ve recently started baking more seriously, and started preparations around a week before the big day.

The original plan was to make berry pie, but the crust perfectly describes my ability (or rather, inability) to make pies. This one turned out better than expected but I didn’t properly patch up the dough, which led to some berry juice leaking, oops. (The hole you see was from me using a toothpick to test its doneness[?]).

By the time I finished, it was around night so there wasn’t much light going around. Thankfully, the living room’s light was good enough and I managed to get this shot. Severely embarrassed by this one, but a lesson’s a lesson. Love all ❤.
