("Conversation of me with Alxender the great") {Fictional) Once I was walking in a desert which was full of sand and nothing else. I saw a man with light brown hair, blue eyes, in his prime youth — seemed like a commander himself. He looked strange, as he had a sword and a pen, wearing an attractive uniform. I sat beside him and offered a cup of tea; as he tasted it, he said, “What sort of drink is this?” I did not answer, and he put a sword on my neck. He said, “I am the king of Greece, known for conquering whatever area I want.” I told him, "This is called tea made of milk." I then asked, "Are you okay? The king’s era is no more. Are you an actor playing a character?" He answered with fury, "How can you talk to me like that?" I laughed and laughed and laughed, then said, "Do not be concerned and sit down here and tell me with calmness who you really are." He sat beside me, placed his sword in his lap, and began speaking proudly, "I am Alexander of Macedon." I looked at him with surprise in my eyes, as he seemed like a man I had seen before. He started saying, "What a strange place this is! How came I into here? Folks are living in big houses with some driving chariots, some strange beast animals, and got everything with a piece of paper." I listened to him with patience and attentiveness. He continued his speech and said, "People have big places to live, but their hearts have become small. The love has decreased, and the relations have become burdens. The souls seem tired, and everyone is running behind drachmas." The world has become full of crime, hate, and tripping over each other’s heels. It is hard to live here, even as a king. Mocking, killing, stealing, and lying have become habits. Life has become a threat to live, nature is near its end, and my heart has shattered after living here for just a few days. I used to conquer the world, but it is hard to conquer a small heart here, as the world is full of crime and materialism. People love wealth and stone structures more than a healthy relationship and the well-being of others. Happiness is rare, the smile has been stolen. Everything seems fake, like a decent lie. As Alexander neared the end of his story, he looked at me and said, “You seem a different guy.” He asked me, “What is your name?” I held his sword and said, “I am a fighter and a traveler with no name.” He asked me, “With whom are you fighting and for what?” I smiled and said, “I am fighting with myself and the materialism of the world, and I am no different than you.” He laughed with tears in his eyes. He stood and started walking far from me. I shouted at him and said, “Do you know the people call you The Great of all time?” He turned to me and said, “How cruel the world is. If I were alive, they would have cursed me a lot and would have never called me great. These people respect the gone more than those they have with them.” And he disappeared with a smile in his eyes.
