Using your email account to have someone help you send out emails. — Google allows you to grant a delegate to send and read on your behalf. The delegation can be revoked as easily as it was set up. –Step by step process is below.
To grant another user access to your Gmail, you’ll need to grant them delegation access. This allows them to read, send, and delete messages in your account. You can do this through your Gmail settings, in the Accounts and Import section, by clicking “Add another account” and then sending an invitation. [1, 2]
Here’s how to delegate access to your Gmail account: [1, 2]
Open Gmail and go to Settings: In the top right corner, click the gear
icon and select “See all settings”. [1, 2]
Navigate to Accounts and Import: Click on the “Accounts and Import” tab. [1, 2]
Grant access to your account: In the “Grant access to your account” section, click “Add another account”. [1, 2, 3]
Enter the delegate’s email: Enter the email address of the person you want to grant access to and click “Next Step”. [1, 2]
