I know what darkness feels like and looks like. I fought battles no one knows about. I am a Lucky survivor.

I know not all people around the world can survive darkness and massive negative pressure. Some get lucky, some have different mental capacities, some have a support system and unfortunately some don’t.

I pray from the bottom of my heart at this moment that anyone on this planet who is going through hard moments and pure darkness, and maybe loosing hope in love, kindness, goodness and suffering so much pain; I wish they find their way to the Light and survive those hard, crazy battles.

If you are searching for a sign today. This is your sign! Yes! I’m talking to you!

Maybe now you are dealing with intense emotions and you are confused and don’t know how to handle them…

Emotions are so powerful, so precious & sometimes dangerous ! They can build, and they can destroy !

What can we do with our intense emotions? Suppress them?

The point is not to become a numb robot in life. There are a lot of books and videos out there that tell you to delete your emotions and act emotionless in order not to get hurt in life or to succeed, but I think the secret sauce is to Master Emotions & Guide them into the right direction. Yes! Navigation! Not Deletion!

Life is short, who and what have your attention?

We have limited time & we probably won’t be here in the next century.

So, what are you doing with your energy, your time and your attention?

Forgive if you want, whenever you feel you are ready to be free…

Forgiveness is not a must, it’s a choice. It’s a daily choice! It’s a lifelong choice! And it’s so powerful! You don’t need to justify and explain to anybody why you want to forgive. You can just do it, If you want. You also don’t need to force your heart if it is not ready to forgive. Take as much time as you need. But once you feel it’s finally time and your heart is ready, do it gracefully.

I forgive myself for my mistakes.

I forgive you.

I forgive people for what they did.

I forgive because I want to build from a place of Abundance, Love, and Light . (Infinite Power)

I believe in the power of creation: creating new frameworks, new protocols, new systems, new memories, new chances, new life, and a new world …

So, I am going to create and release it. Whether anyone sees it, shares it, or celebrates it, I will release it to the world …

I want to run forward. Run at the speed of light. And I can no longer carry the heavy black boxes of the past on my back as I want to run fast-forward into the future.

I don’t want to build out of anger, hurt, frustration, revenge, resentment or negative emotions.

I want to BUILD from a grounded place of Abundance, Love, Positivity and Light.

Will I encounter new failures, hurts, traumas, mistakes, disappointments, rejections, bad people, and bad systems again in the future? Sure! No doubt !

But I’m READY this time ! I believe that I’M PROTECTED by the Universal LOVE(LIGHT) to choose to stand up and arise from the ashes Again & Again & Again every single time…
