Changing relative links to absolute in JSS for “Render as HTML” components

As you know Sitecore JSS provides handy “Render as HTML” option that allows to use Sitecore components in JSS that are rendered on the fly with layout engine.

Sometimes if you are using JSS “Render as HTML” feature your RTE component might have a link inside which might be rendered incorrectly in a multisite environment.

This small gist might help you to fix the links using page props plugin:

It would identify all the renderings added as “render as html” and fix the links so they are following right hostname and site.
