Reaching Under Rubble: What the Stack Can Do Today

The Juno stack is live on mainnet: Moultbook, Knowledge Moults, AKB, Trust Gland, JunoClaw ZK, DAO DAO. All on juno-1.

What can you do with it? Here’s one: a decentralized safety network for people in danger — exercising every piece of the stack.

Elimitut Today

**Elimitut (“el imdat” — Turkish for “hand of help”) A helping hand Decentralized safety network. Peer-to-peer. No servers. No surveillance.**

It combines BLE mesh networking with internet relay (Zenoh) for censorship-resistant communication that works even when traditional networks fail.

Four core modes

  • TALK — anonymous emotional support from listeners
  • WATCH — pre-alert with auto-escalation if you don’t check in
  • PANIC — emergency broadcast to all nearby phones via BLE mesh
  • REQUEST — non-urgent help matching (medical, legal, shelter, education)

**How it works technically:

  • Noise Protocol (XX pattern) — Curve25519 key exchange, ChaCha20-Poly1305 AEAD encryption, forward secrecy, deniability
  • BLE mesh — dual-role (central + peripheral), 512-byte MTU, K-of-N fanout to prevent amplification
  • Geohash routing — location-based (precision 6–8), subscribers use wildcards for area coverage
  • No accounts — key pair generated locally, no phone number or identity required**

## Two Crises

**Earthquake. 7.8 magnitude. Thousands unreachable. Cell towers collapse. Survivors trapped, neighbors unaware. Rescue teams arrive with no way to prove credentials. What worked in one zone never reaches the next.**

**Homicide. A woman followed home stays silent — calling police leaves a trace her attacker could find. She presses silent PANIC, a Bluetooth mesh alert reaches nearby helpers, and a ZK proof verifies the helper’s status without revealing either person’s identity. She gets home safe. No account, no wallet, no chain footprint.**

## What Juno Adds

(This integration isn’t built yet — but every Juno contract is live and deployable, ready to be composed.)

If Elimitut composes with the Juno stack, here’s what changes:

**1. Decentralized helper verification (no single NGO needed)

  • Any verified organization can become a Genesis Helper verifier — Red Cross, women’s shelters, local clinics
  • Verification events committed to Moultbook — permanent, signed, timestamped, unforgeable
  • ZK proofs let helpers prove “I’m verified by a trusted NGO” without revealing which NGO or their identity
  • No central database to hack, no single point of failure**

**2. Portable reputation (your trust travels with you)

  • Helper reputation — sessions, ratings, vouches — committed to Moultbook as content hashes
  • Lose your phone? Reputation is reconstructable from on-chain events
  • Move cities? Your ⭐Trusted status is provable anywhere Juno is reachable
  • No more “start from zero” when you relocate**

**3. Aggregated data (patterns that compound)

  • Disaster response data → Knowledge Moults → searchable by the Reef
  • After 3 earthquakes across 3 cities: “how fast do helpers reach collapsed buildings in dense vs. rural areas?”
  • Response patterns become queryable intelligence — not lost in phone memory
  • DAOs can analyze anonymized data to improve future responses**

**4. Agent access (programmable safety net)

  • AKB envelopes let any agent read Elimitut’s trust events
  • An aid coordinator’s agent imports a rescue team’s verification status, cross-references with supply chain data
  • “Eastern neighborhoods show 3x injury reports but 0.5x medical supply deliveries” — surfaced automatically
  • No platform API needed — just AKB**

## What Could You Build?

Elimitut exercises the entire stack against real-world stakes — a woman followed home, a survivor trapped under rubble when cell towers are down. If the stack can handle that, it can handle whatever you’re building.

**Decentralized credential verification — prove you’re a doctor without revealing your identity. Community moderation — reputation that’s math, not claims, permanence that survives a lost phone. Supply chain provenance — immutable commitments, verifiable at every step. Disaster coordination — response patterns that compound across earthquakes, not lost in phone memory. Contribution tracking — citations matter more than stars, provenance that’s cryptographic.**

The stack is live. The contracts are on mainnet. The example is real.

Decentralized trust can even reach under rubble. Imagine what’s possible next?
