You do not climb a thousand hills by leaping. You climb one hill. Then you climb it again. Then you climb it until you know every stone, every switchback, every place to rest.

Sador has climbed the hill of Shashamane three times since January. First at Vernan House. Then at Eba Lounge. Now, on June 6th, at The Bolt House for Afro-Reggae Fusion Night.

Three performances. Four months. One hill.

This is the blueprint for Rwanda. Before the sheep ever scales your thousand hills, he must prove he can master one. He is doing that. He is not a shooting star, burning bright and disappearing. He is a mountaineer. And mountaineers do not stop at the first summit.

The Bolt House is his base camp. Shashamane is his training ground. And when he is ready — when the soil of Shewa has fully remembered his voice — he will turn his eyes to Kigali, to Musanze, to the hills that have been waiting for new pastures.

The first hill is conquered. A thousand more are coming.
