Tan Tock Seng Hospital

Tan Tock Seng Hospital’s Department of Geriatric Medicine has adopted AndanteFit to support the assessment and rehabilitation of older adults. Integrated into both inpatient and outpatient care, AndanteFit contributes to the hospital’s mission of delivering comprehensive, geriatric-sensitive services for frail older patients, particularly in functional evaluation and fall risk management.
