Topology:
On FGT-1, configure two static routes to the LAN network 192.168.2.0/24 via both paths, with equal default AD and Priority values.
2 routes are identical in all parameters:
Configure firewall policy and enable NAT to outgoing interface:
Verification, Configure Router IOU4 with multiple IPs:
Perform traceroute from IOU4 to 192.168.2.200 with different source IPs, traffic is load-balanced across different next-hops, default ECMP load balancing algorithm is “source-ip based”.
Other load balancing algorithms can also be tested:
