4: Psychological Recovery

Recent literature emphasizes: a) Stress management b) Mental recovery c) Reduced life stress because OTS is not purely physical.

5: Gradual Return-to-Training

After successful implementation of the above steps you would start feeling better. Once you reach that stage, begin a gradual and calibrated return to training while monitoring fatigue levels.

Remember: never go hard immediately after feeling better.
