The EL module supports 0–120V wide voltage and 0–2A wide current power supply, equipped with comprehensive safety protection functions; the PL module adopts 450–460nm laser excitation, with a spot uniformity of ≥95%, and is also equipped with TRPL time-resolved function, which can quantitatively analyze carrier lifetime and provide accurate data support for process optimization.

The equipment is easy to operate and comprehensive in functions, supporting free switching between three modes: EL single mode, PL single mode, and EL/PL synchronous imaging. The dedicated measurement software can realize multiple analysis functions such as defect identification, intensity quantification, and lifetime fitting, and also supports barcode input and report generation, realizing standardization and intelligence of the testing process. At the same time, the equipment is equipped with a complete maintenance system and safety specifications to ensure long-term stable operation.
