I was hungry. I popped a stale croissant in the microwave. Hit the 30 second button. Opened the door after 10 seconds. Heard a pop. The microwave clock no longer blinked. The toaster oven didn’t toast. The coffee maker would not brew. I opened the fusebox door. Waggled a few breakers. Still no luck. Looked for the electrician in my phone. Damn! What was his name? Maybe I should try again? Got out my reading glasses and flashlight. Found the offending breaker. Toggled it back and forth. Plugged in my appliances. They worked! Everything was humming again. I’m a genius!
