The story beneath the story

𝒴𝑜𝓊 𝒸𝑜𝓂𝑒 𝒶𝓈 𝒶 𝓈𝑒𝑒𝒹.

Wholeness can only emerge from the seed – from where you began, from where the wounds were first formed.

Healing is not about growing thicker skin. It is about remembering. And remembering is re-membering – the quiet act of gathering yourself back from the pieces lost along the way.

𝒜𝓃𝒹 𝓉𝒽𝑒𝓃 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝑒𝑒𝒹 𝓂𝑒𝑒𝓉𝓈 𝓉𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝑜𝒾𝓁.

Recently, I encountered a body of work that invited surrender – not to answer, but to open up and allow. Mark Wolynn’s It Didn’t Start with You opened a doorway to lineage, into listening, into curiosity gentle enough to let truth rise from within.

It asks us to trace echoes – to notice patterns repeating across generations, to feel where destiny loops, to sense where something unfinished still asks to be seen.

The seed that is sown will, sooner or later, germinate. Every wound passes through two thresholds on its way to wholeness: hurt and surrender.

Hurt brings awareness — it reveals the origin. Surrender brings humility — the willingness to listen to the wound’s story. Both are necessary.

Neither is a mistake. For the soul, hurt is like wildfire – burning through old overgrowth, cracking open hardened cases around seeds, clearing space for new life that could not arrive otherwise. From there, everything becomes possible. Surrender opens doors.

𝒯𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝓅𝓇𝑜𝓊𝓉 𝓇𝒾𝓈𝑒𝓈 — 𝒻𝓇𝑜𝓂 𝒹𝒶𝓇𝓀𝓃𝑒𝓈𝓈 𝓉𝑜 𝓁𝒾𝑔𝒽𝓉.

Wounds carry stories. Without story, a wound cannot form — nor be healed.

The answers we seek live in our roots. Healing begins with understanding. Understanding opens the doors to forgiveness.

When we dare to listen to those who came before us – with open hearts and unguarded minds – the story begins to loosen not only for us, but for the entire lineage. The journey deepens when we realise there is no true separation – no me and you. Only shared threads, shared fields, shared becoming.

𝒲𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝓌𝒶𝓈 𝑜𝓃𝒸𝑒 𝒶 𝓉𝒾𝓃𝓎 𝓈𝒽𝑜𝑜𝓉 𝓊𝓃𝒻𝓊𝓇𝓁𝓈.

To meet your parents at the seed level is to step outside of time. To witness the moment before harm hardened. To see through their eyes. To feel what they could not name.

In doing so, you choose yourself. You reshape the story. Not only for your bloodline, but for the field we all share. Walls dissolve. Ownership of pain softens.

What was mine or yours becomes ours – a shared wound ready to be tended.

𝒯𝒽𝑒 𝓈𝑒𝑒𝒹 𝓉𝒽𝒶𝓉 𝑜𝓃𝒸𝑒 𝓉𝓇𝑒𝓂𝒷𝓁𝑒𝒹 𝑔𝓇𝑜𝓌𝓈.

A healed story is a coherent one. Healing gathers what was scattered and returns it to unity.

There is no longer your love or my love – only love. And we meet it everywhere: in joy, in grief, in sorrow, in devotion.

𝐿𝑜𝓋𝑒 𝑜𝓅𝑒𝓃𝓈. 𝐿𝑜𝓋𝑒 𝓊𝓃𝒾𝒻𝒾𝑒𝓈. 𝐿𝑜𝓋𝑒 𝓇𝑒𝓈𝒽𝒶𝓅𝑒𝓈.

When everything is welcome, nothing needs exile. Every part becomes sacred. Even the confused ones. Even the raging ones. Even the parts still trembling. Home is the best place to begin.

𝒜 𝒻𝒾𝑒𝓁𝒹 𝑜𝒻 𝓈𝓊𝓃𝒻𝓁𝑜𝓌𝑒𝓇𝓈 𝑜𝓃𝒸𝑒 𝓁𝒾𝓋𝑒𝒹 𝒶𝓈 𝓈𝑒𝑒𝒹𝓈.

To understand the story, we must return to the beginning. Back to the seed. Back to its truth. Back to its remembering.
