Market growth at the category level says nothing about any individual product’s quality, its usability, or how well it fits a particular team’s actual workflow. But it does mean the underlying pressures pushing adoption (transaction documentation, regulatory specificity, and portfolio scale) are structural rather than temporary. They aren’t going away because a budget cycle tightens or a trend cools off.

For an industry that spent decades running on paper checklists and loose photo folders, that represents a lasting change rather than a passing technology trend. What began as software for replacing paper forms has evolved into platforms designed to document, verify, and manage property condition at scale.
