Where to Find the Buy / Sell Menu

To access the crypto purchase and selling features inside the Scopuly mobile app, follow these steps:

1. Open the Wallet Menu

Launch the Scopuly app and tap the wallet menu button in the upper-left corner of the screen represented by three horizontal lines.

2. Open the Exchange Center

Inside the wallet menu, find and tap the “Buy” button.

This will open the Exchange Center, where you can: **- Buy crypto

• Sell crypto
• Swap crypto**

The Exchange Center supports XLM, BTC, USDC, and 500+ cryptocurrencies through Changelly providers.

Choose the option you need:

• **BUY CRYPTO
• SELL CRYPTO
• SWAP Crypto**

How to Buy Crypto

Buying cryptocurrency inside Scopuly is simple and beginner-friendly.

1. Tap “BUY CRYPTO”

Inside the Exchange Center, press the “BUY CRYPTO” button.

2. Configure Your Purchase

The “Buy / Sell Crypto” window will open.

• Here you need to choose:
• The fiat currency you want to pay with
• The amount you want to spend
• The cryptocurrency you want to receive

For example: 150 USD → 914 XLM

• After selecting the amount and token, choose the provider most convenient for you, such as:
• MoonPay
• Other available providers depending on your region

Then tap the “NEXT” button.

Important: Not all providers support every country or region. Before proceeding, make sure your selected provider supports your country by checking the provider’s official website.

3. Checkout and Wallet Address

The “Checkout” window will now open.

• First, select your preferred payment method, such as:
• VISA / Mastercard
• Revolut
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Other supported payment methods
• Next, enter the wallet address where you want to receive your cryptocurrency.

Because Scopuly is built around the Stellar network, you can instantly select one of your already connected Scopuly wallets when purchasing XLM or Stellar-based assets.

4. Memo Information

Some blockchain networks require an additional identifier called a Memo (sometimes also called Destination Tag or Message).

• If the destination wallet requires a memo, enter it in the Memo field.
• If your wallet does not require one, simply tap: “My wallet doesn’t require memo.”

5. Accept KYC / AML Requirements

Before continuing, enable the checkbox:

“I accept the provider KYC / AML”

Then tap the “Continue” button.

6. Complete Verification and Payment

You will now be redirected to the provider’s website.

• Depending on the provider, you may be asked to
• Sign in or create an account
• Enter personal information
• Provide your residential address
• Complete identity verification (KYC)

This usually includes:

• Uploading an identity document

If you already created an order and want to manage it, tap the settings button represented by a gear icon.

A management menu will open where you can:

• Refresh the order status
• Cancel the order
• Read the FAQ
• Contact provider support

How to Sell Crypto

Scopuly also allows you to sell cryptocurrency and receive fiat directly to your bank card or supported payment method.

1. Tap “SELL CRYPTO”

Inside the Exchange Center, tap the “SELL CRYPTO” button.

2. Configure the Sale

The “Buy / Sell Crypto” window will open.

• Here you need to select:
• The cryptocurrency you want to sell
• The amount you want to sell
• The fiat currency you want to receive

For example: 1000 XLM → 134 USD

• Then choose the provider most convenient for you, such as MoonPay.
• Tap the “NEXT” button to continue.

Important: Not all providers support every country or region. Please verify country availability directly on the provider’s website before proceeding.

3. Checkout and Receiving Details

The “Checkout” window will now appear.

• Choose your preferred payout method, such as:
• VISA/ Mastercard
• Apple Pay / Google Pay
• Pay Pal
• Other supported payment methods
• Next, specify the wallet address from which the cryptocurrency will be sent.

Because you are selling XLM or Stellar-based assets, you can instantly select one of your already connected Scopuly wallets.

4. Memo Information

• If your wallet requires a memo, enter it.
• If not, tap: “My wallet doesn’t require memo.”

Then enable the checkbox:

“I accept the provider KYC / AML”

Tap the “Continue” button.

5. Complete Verification and Receive Funds

You will now be redirected to the provider’s website.

• The provider may ask you to:
• Log in or create an account
• Enter personal information
• Enter your residential address
• Complete identity verification (KYC)

After successful verification:

• You will receive instructions for transferring your cryptocurrency
