Consequently, discrepancies may exist between the information presented in this report and WEMADE Audit Reports.
• This Quarterly Report is based on the information at the time of publishing, and the WEMIX team will reflect any changes and additional information, if any, upon confirmation.
• This Quarterly Report is based on the revised WEMIX Whitepaper as of the end of the first quarter of 2026, reflecting the Brioche Hard Fork implemented on July 1, 2024, and the newly applied tokenomics.
• The contents of this Report are subject to change based on updates to the policies outlined in the WEMIX Whitepaper.
• This Quarterly Report presents numbers in units of millions of WEMIX, rounded to one decimal place, and in units of whole-number WEMIX, rounded to the nearest whole number. Due to rounding, figures presented in this report may not sum precisely to the totals provided.
• This Quarterly Report is based on the Circulating Supply guidelines outlined in the WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023 announced on December 21, 2022, the WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit announced on February 28, 2023, WONDER Staking announced on June 20, 2023, and Brioche Hard Fork implemented on July 1, 2024.

1. WEMIX Total Supply

The guidelines for the circulating supply of WEMIX have been re-established to ensure transparent and deflationary tokenomics through the WEMIX VESTING PLAN 2023 (announced on December 21, 2022), WEMIX Foundation Max Supply Limit (announced on February 28, 2023), WONDER Staking (announced on June 20, 2023), and Brioche Hard Fork (implemented on July 1, 2024). Details on the WEMIX supply are as follows.

1.1. Total Supply

The total supply of WEMIX is the sum of the TGE supply of 1 billion WEMIX and newly minted WEMIX, net of all WEMIX burned to date. During the first quarter of 2026, total supply increased by approximately 3.9 million WEMIX quarter-over-quarter.

1.2. Circulating Supply

The circulating supply is calculated by deducting the non-circulating supply from the total supply. During the quarter, the circulating supply increased by approximately 3.9 million WEMIX primarily due to the increase in PMR.

1.3. Internally Owned WEMIX

Internally owned WEMIX refers to WEMIX held by the WEMIX Foundation and WEMADE. During the quarter, internally owned WEMIX increased by approximately 3.7 million WEMIX.

2. WEMIX Whitepaper Distribution Plan Implementation Status

This section covers the Foundation’s WEMIX allocation progress and on-chain usage in line with the distribution plan outlined in the WEMIX Whitepaper. The WEMIX utilized by the Foundation for the growth of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem has been categorized according to the Whitepaper.

2.1. Usage by Distribution Plan⁹

During the quarter, WEMIX usage under the Distribution Plan increased by approximately 3.1 million WEMIX. The usage details are presented below based on the category classifications set out in the original and revised WEMIX Whitepaper.

The table below sets out the usage details compared to the Distribution Plan set out in the Whitepaper.

3. WEMIX Burn¹⁸

Following the implementation of the Brioche Hard Fork on July 1, 2024, a fundamental change in tokenomics was introduced through the burning of approximately 434.1 million WEMIX held by the Foundation and the application of a halving mechanism. The revised tokenomics structure significantly restricts the total supply, leading to the discontinuation of the existing WEMIX Burn program.

Following the discontinuation of the WEMIX Burn Program, no WEMIX was burned by the Foundation during the quarter.

Appendix 1. Whitepaper Distribution Plan Usage Details

(1) Details after the Brioche Hard Fork

This section provides details on the Foundation’s utilization of WEMIX in accordance with the Distribution Plan, as classified under the revised Whitepaper following the Brioche Hard Fork. The information presented is based on actual transactions and is disclosed to ensure transparency regarding the Foundation’s use of WEMIX.

(2) Details before the Brioche Hard Fork

The section provides details on the historical usage of WEMIX since the TGE, with classifications based on the Whitepaper. The information presented is derived from actual transactions and is disclosed to ensure transparency regarding the utilization of WEMIX.

Appendix 2. Cash Equivalent Resources Acquired

The following outlines the cash and cash equivalent assets that have been secured for the expansion of the WEMIX3.0 ecosystem using WEMIX and have been categorized according to the Distribution Plan in the Whitepaper. The corresponding details are as follows.

(1) Fundraising Details

Private Sales were discontinued once Public Sales became available following the first exchange listing in 2020. Following the discontinuation of Private Sales, fundraising has been reclassified as Ecosystem Partnership & Investment. During the quarter, there was no WEMIX fundraising activity.

(2) Trading on Exchanges

During the quarter, no WEMIX was traded on exchanges.

Appendix 3. WEMIX Burn Details

WEMIX BURN is categorized into three types based on the burn mechanism: Mass Burn, Batch Burn, and Auto Burn. Mass Burn is a process under which a large amount of WEMIX is burned at the Foundation’s discretion in accordance with Foundation policy. Batch Burn is a deflationary mechanism under which a portion of the Foundation’s investment revenue and related proceeds is burned. Auto Burn was designed to burn network fees in real time while periodically burning a portion of platform revenue.

In accordance with the Zero Minting Policy announced on January 9, 2024, platform revenue was excluded from Auto Burn and reclassified as revenue subject to Batch Burn. The WEMIX Burn program was later discontinued following the Brioche hard fork on July 1, 2024, which included a Mass Burn of 434.1 million WEMIX held by the Foundation and a broader restructuring of the tokenomics.

This section provides details of all WEMIX burned, including burns carried out under the WEMIX BURN program as well as other burns not conducted by the Foundation. From this quarter onward, burn details are categorized in Appendix 3, and prior reports have been updated accordingly.

내부 보유량은 위믹스 재단 및 위메이드가 보유한 WEMIX 수량을 의미합니다. 당분기 내부 보유량은 전분기 대비 약 3.7백만 WEMIX 증가하였습니다.

2. WEMIX 백서 상 유통 계획 시행 현황

본 부문은 WEMIX 백서 상 유통 계획에 따른 배분 경과와 재단의 WEMIX 사용 내역을 제공하기 위한 목적으로 작성되었습니다. 재단이 WEMIX3.0 생태계 조성을 위해 사용한 WEMIX를 백서 상 구분된 용도를 기준으로 분류하였습니다.

2024년 7월 1일 브리오슈 하드포크 시행에 따라 재단이 보유한 WEMIX 약 434.1백만 개를 대량 소각하고, 블록 민팅에 반감기를 적용하며 공급량을 제한하는 토크노믹스 개편으로 기존 WEMIX BURN 프로그램은 중단되었습니다.

WEMIX BURN 프로그램이 중단됨에 따라, 당분기에는 소각이 이루어지지 않았으며 누적 소각량은 다음과 같습니다.

Appendix 1. WEMIX 백서 유통 계획 기준 사용 상세 내역

(1) 브리오슈 하드포크 이후 재단 WEMIX 사용 상세 내역

브리오슈 하드포크 이후 개정된 백서 기준대로 분류하여 작성한 재단의 WEMIX 사용 상세 내역입니다. 커뮤니티에 더 명확한 사용 내역 전달을 위해 실질 거래 기록을 기반으로 작성되었습니다.

(2) 브리오슈 하드포크 이전 재단 WEMIX 사용 상세 내역

TGE부터 브리오슈 하드포크 시행 전까지 백서 기준대로 분류하여 작성한 재단의 WEMIX 사용 상세 내역입니다. 커뮤니티에 더 명확한 사용 내역 전달을 위해 실질 거래 기록을 기반으로 TGE부터 발행된 WEMIX 사용 내용으로 작성되었습니다.

Appendix 2. 현금성 투자재원 확보 내역

본 부문은 TGE 이후 백서 구분에 따라 브리오슈 하드포크 이전에 WEMIX를 사용하여 현금성 투자재원을 확보한 내역입니다. 업데이트 전 백서 상 분류에 따라 구분되었으며, 상세 내역은 아래와 같습니다.

(1) 투자유치 내역

Private Sales는 2020년 거래소 상장 이후 Public Sales가 가능해짐에 따라 중단되었으며, 이후에는 생태계 파트너쉽 & 투자 유치로 구분하였습니다. 당분기 위믹스 투자 유치는 없었습니다.

(2) 거래소 장내 매각

당분기 위믹스 장내 매각은 없었습니다.

Appendix 3. WEMIX 소각 상세 내역

WEMIX Burn은 소각 유형에 따라 Mass Burn, Batch Burn, Auto Burn으로 구분됩니다. Mass Burn은 재단 정책에 따라 다량의 WEMIX를 일괄 소각하는 프로그램이며, Batch Burn은 재단 수입 등을 기반으로 한 소각을 의미합니다. Auto Burn은 네트워크 수수료를 실시간으로 소각하고 플랫폼 수입의 일부를 주기적으로 소각하는 구조로 운영되었습니다.

2024년 1월 9일 WEMIX 블록 민팅 중단 정책에 따라 플랫폼 수입은 Auto Burn에서 Batch Burn 대상으로 재분류되었으며, 이후 2024년 7월 1일 브리오슈 하드포크 시행에 따라 대량 소각 및 토크노믹스 개편이 이루어지면서 WEMIX Burn 프로그램은 중단되었습니다. 당분기 보고서부터 소각 상세 내역 항목별로 구분하여 기재하며, 기존 분기보고서의 소각 내역도 동일 기준에 따라 반영되었습니다.
