All customers part of the Lulu Happiness Program can have access to exclusive benefits, privileges, rewards and offers upon making purchases from Lulu Stores across India.

These rewards are measured in terms of Smile Points and Cheer Points.

Smile Points are the points you earn when making a purchase at a Lulu Outlet

Cheer Points are the points you earn when making a purchase at a Non-Lulu Retail Outlet

Additional benefits to the program include exclusive privileges, birthday surprises, special offers, early access to sales, dine in offers etc

The customer can also choose to convert these points into miles on KrisFlyer Miles

There are two different types of Tiers as part of the program

Joy Tier is the basic level which you automatically enter into upon initial registration

For every ₹200 you spend at Lulu Outlets you earn 5 Smile Points with a validity of 1 year.

Bliss Tier is the second tier that can be attained by maintaining an annual spent of ₹30,000 and above at any Lulu Outlet

For every ₹200 you spend at any Lulu Outlet you earn additional 5 Smile Points and an additional validity of 1 year

An exclusive benefit offered to members in the Bliss Tier is Extended Return Period, which allows members to return textile purchases from Lulu Fashion Store within up to 14 days of purchase
