Vermilion Energy: cash flow diversification from high-margin European gas, Brent oil and WTI production

At its recent 2017 The Oil & Gas Conference®, EnerCom’s Oil & Gas 360® conducted an exclusive video interview with international E&P Vermilion Energy (ticker: VET) President & CEO Anthony Marino.

Vermilion is targeting production of approximately 69,000–70,000 BOEPD in 2017 (10% growth over 2016) through the exploitation of both conventional and unconventional resource plays in North America, including Cardium and Midale light oil and Mannville liquids rich natural gas, the exploration and development of high impact natural gas opportunities in the Netherlands and Germany, and through oil drilling and workover programs in France and Australia.

The company has multiple assets across Europe, where it is France’s largest domestic natural gas producer and the second largest gas producer in the Netherlands. In Q2, its production increased 4% over its Q1 production to 67,240 BOE.

Vermilion pays a monthly dividend of Canadian $0.215 per share, which provides a current yield of approximately 5%. Vermilion has never cut its dividend.
