The Economic Architecture of the PZXM Token

In the architecture of decentralized protocols, a token functions as the economic engine that governs the system. Token structures relying solely on speculative demand are unsustainable. The PZXM token is engineered as the load-bearing element of the PZXM Network, with its utility bound to the volume and quality of scientific computation occurring on the protocol.

The value of PZXM is derived from five interacting utility sinks embedded within the protocol’s smart contracts:

Data Market Settlement: All Data Request Proposals submitted by research institutions must be funded in PZXM. This creates a programmatic demand correlated to the volume of scientific research conducted.

Privacy Compute Fuel: Executing Zero-Knowledge Proofs and orchestrating Federated Learning requires computational resources. A portion of the escrowed PZXM is paid as gas to the decentralized network of compute nodes.

DeSci Research Staking: When the PZXM Research DAO approves a project, the resulting IP-NFTs are priced and funded in PZXM. Contributors can route their data-sharing earnings directly into fractional ownership of longevity therapeutics.

Security Collateral: To operate a Privacy Compute Node, entities must stake a minimum threshold of PZXM. Malicious behavior results in algorithmic slashing, ensuring high-quality compute and data inputs.

Protocol Governance: Staked PZXM grants voting weight in the PZXM DAO. This governs critical parameters including pricing algorithms and DeSci research grants.

By tying the token to these functional utilities, the PZXM Network aligns the long-term incentives of data contributors, research institutions, and network validators.
