This exciting venture comes courtesy of brothers Jae and Drew, who are bringing their decades of experience with Latin-influenced cooking and tasting straight from the sunny shores of Los Angeles to the heart of the Midwest. After relocating to Southeast Wisconsin two years ago, these passionate foodies are ready to share their love for bold flavors with the community.

“Although our sauces and condiments have been available online for a little while now, we’re thrilled to be opening a Hot Saucery at Midwest Market,” says Jae Elder, a U.S. Army combat veteran and the owner of Milwaukee-based production and marketing firm Infamousworks. “We believe our unique sauces will tantalize taste buds and add a fiery kick to any dish.”

The NMFS Sauce Hot Saucery promises an explosion of flavors, offering a range of handcrafted sauces and, condiments from mild to wild, guaranteed to ignite every taste bud.
