Update from Grove: 10 Days Since the Shannon Upgrade

Hi everyone,

It’s been ten days since the launch of the upgraded Pocket Network, and we want to start by thanking you for your patience during this major transition.

We know many of you are feeling the impact right now — especially with the network not yet fully available, your nodes offline, and earnings paused. This isn’t the experience we wanted for anyone, and we understand how frustrating it’s been.

This upgrade has been years in the making, and while it represents a huge step forward for the future of Pocket, the rollout has not been without its issues. Since launch on June 3rd, we’ve encountered bugs and reliability challenges that are delaying a smooth return to full operations.

Here’s what we’re focused on: • Restoring access to the network so that nodes can begin earning again. • Fixing problems that affect token claiming, staking, and node reliability. • Getting the Grove Portal fully operational so traffic can flow through Pocket Mainnet once more. • Improving overall performance and making sure everything runs smoothly and reliably.

Our team is working around the clock to address these issues. While many of you haven’t had to file reports, your patience speaks volumes — and we’re using every available signal to guide our fixes and improvements.

We’re moving quickly, but carefully, to bring things back online in a way that’s stable and lasting. You deserve nothing less.
