The 8th global conference ‘K.E.Y. PLATFORM 2020’ has been held at Conrad Seoul, Korea the past 28th.

James Jeon, CEO of Eduhash Global Partners, has delivered a keynote speech under the theme of ‘Digital Transformation Effects of Smart City and Digital Economy’ and has presented the concept of ‘Smart Contact’ for the very first time!

“As a result of Covid-19, people has found a lot of drawbacks of non-face-to-face contact. It is much more inconvenient and inefficient than what we believed. Then what came to my mind is a brand new concept — ‘Smart Contact’, going beyond ‘Untact’.” James said, “What we have to do is to change the ‘machine-centered’ structure into a ‘human-centered’ one. And I hope that changes made by Covid-19 can be turned into opportunities.”

Moreover, he suggested that current IoT concept should also be applied to construction and infrastructure fields to form a IoCT (Internet of Construction Things) and IoIT (Internet of Infrastructure Things).
