Hi everyone,

I stopped paying attention to my birthday/age especially at 40, then 50 and everything after 60.

I have since made peace with my own physical mortality and now that I am working hard on maximizing my health I am ok with any age/number that I am.

So I have applied what I did with my daughters when they were young.

My “Birthday” is Sept 18th. Our Birthdays are simply an anniversary of our birth. I believe our true age starts at conception so that would make December 18th when I actually turn 68 years old/young.
