GDPR DPAs, SCCs & Transfer Impact Assessments: The Procurement Gate Indian Vendors Must Clear

For Indian processors, three documents decide whether EU business moves forward: the Data Processing Agreement (Article 28), Standard Contractual Clauses for transfers, and a Transfer Impact Assessment. They have become standard procurement gates.
