My BCG GAP’26 Interview Experience

Another week passed before the final round was scheduled, following the same call-then-email pattern.

The interviewer was a manager from the Industrial Goods department. The conversation included:

• Introduction
• Guesstimate questions — classic consulting-style estimation problems based on my interest in cricket and IPL related.
• Questions about my project work
• A brief overview of their department and the kind of work they do

The guesstimate portion was the highlight — it tests structured thinking more than domain knowledge, so stay calm and think out loud.

The next day after the final round, I received the selection result — and I was selected.
