Weeknotes, Friday 19 June
Back at it after a lovely holiday in Camogli, Italy. The time for clear waters and endless focaccia is over, and the time for Content Design is upon us once more.
What was good
Connecting a few dots on how we might share accessibility knowledge across our digital service.
Making progress on a large and complex site, chipping away bit by bit.
Considering how best we can support each other as a Content Design team, including some new meetings and in person sessions. Focussing on things like:
- knowledge sharing
- unblocking each others work
- looking at repeatable patterns and components as a group
What was challenging
Deciding what to focus on when there are too many different options. I have a tendency to want to be involved in everything. Need to focus and drop a couple of things to make progress.
What are you looking forward to next week
Big old team day next week.
Chat with other councils about accessibility.
