LTC: Waiting for the Final Phase of the AMD Structure

Litecoin is forming a clear AMD structure on the higher timeframe.

The accumulation and manipulation phases appear to be complete. Price has collected both higher-timeframe liquidity and the local liquidity resting below the recent lows. We can also see the first signs of bullish order flow developing after the sweep.

The remaining phase is distribution, but LTC still needs to confirm that buyers are ready to take control.

Higher-Timeframe Context

The accumulation phase formed near the lows after a prolonged decline.

Price then entered the manipulation phase, moving below the accumulation area and sweeping two important liquidity levels:

• Local liquidity near $45
• Higher-timeframe liquidity near $40

Following these sweeps, LTC returned above the lows and began forming local bullish order flow. This is the reaction we wanted to see, but the market is still trading below an important supply area.

The key zone is located between $45 and $48.

Entry Confirmation

I am not interested in entering before the market proves that it can reclaim the supply zone.

The preferred sequence is:

1. Price moves above the $45–$48 area.

2. A bullish BOS confirms the continuation of order flow.

3. LTC holds above the reclaimed zone.

4. A controlled pullback provides an opportunity to begin filling orders.

5. Price enters the distribution phase of the AMD structure.

A move above the zone without a confirmed BOS would not be enough. The reclaim must be supported by structure before the long setup becomes valid.

Targets

If the confirmation appears and bullish order flow continues, the targets are:

• $54 — first target
• $55 — second target
• $59 — final target and full position closure

The liquidity collected below the lows gives LTC enough reason to produce a stronger reaction. Now the market must confirm the third phase of the structure.

Until price reclaims the $45–$48 supply zone and confirms a bullish BOS, there is no reason to force an entry.
