Based on the chart above, Google searches for F1 drivers Kimi Antonelli and George Russell remained stagnant around the end of last year until the start of the new season in March 2026. It’s a difficult matchup between two teammates who have been blessed with new regulations and outstanding cars for this year’s championship.

At the end of the 2025 season, veteran Mercedes driver George Russell had won 3 Grand Prixs, while his rookie teammate Kimi Antonelli had achieved 3 podiums, a feat that surprised the entire F1 community.

Coming into this season, it was apparent in vehicle testing that the Mercedes cars would be the ones to put up a title fight, but the question on everyone’s minds was whether the rookie Kimi could compete with his more seasoned teammate. Around March, Google searches for Kimi skyrocketed compared to Russell, signaling that many believed he could be the golden child team CEO Toto Wolff had promised.

As the season progresses, Russell has won a single Grand Prix. In contrast, Kimi Antonelli has now won four consecutive races, asserting his dominance in the championship in only his second year racing for Mercedes’s Formula One team.

Oklahoma City Thunder vs San Antonio Spurs

The Oklahoma City Thunder (OKC) and the San Antonio Spurs (Spurs) were announced to compete against each other in the NBA’s Western Conference Finals at the end of April, as shown in the chart above.

Key players Shai Gilgeous-Alexander for OKC, recently crowned MVP of the year, as well as Victor Wembanyama, a defensive player and 7-foot-4-inch phenom from France, were poised to make this an exciting title fight to decide who makes it to the NBA Finals.

As the Series stands, both teams have won 2 games, meaning there’s a chance it could go all the way to 7 games to decide who wins. Google searches have gone up exponentially as their battle continues. Many of the searches have been from North America. Still, the surprising region is actually Russia, which seems to be very active in looking up NBA statistics for this playoff series.

With the Title Fight continuing, expect searches for the championship, OKC, and the Spurs to grow even more exponentially.
