Your Phone Holds Little of Real Value
The eyes are the key to physical and mental well-being.
When they take in too much information, they get tired. Not just physically drained — mentally cluttered, too.
The eyes are like a second heart.
In this age of information overload, the same piece of content gets repackaged by thousands of people, then endlessly pushed and repushed.

Most people are so immersed in it — and not yet burned enough to realize — that they don’t see how their time is being quietly taken. Their attention is being funneled into someone else’s metrics.
For ordinary creators, it’s understandable. They’re just trying to make a living. But the big names — the ones already swimming in success — still reach for your attention, hoping you’ll spend.
Maybe it’s worth asking yourself: do I really want to give it to them?
Some content gives you the illusion of learning — about things you’ll never use.
Yet you’ve been robbed. Silently. Your time. Your focus.
Here’s the bottom line:
When you face a real problem, go solve it. That’s the best use of your energy.
But if you let yourself get flooded with things that feel useful but never will be — or worse, you go out looking for them and pack them away like treasures — then honestly, that’s just foolish.
