Manoj Mantra : Collecting Excellence — More the Merrier

We make choices when we get up in the morning — there is a God’s plan for each one of us. Every single day, we get connected to various people across the world, and interact. Often, we miss to ponder over the fact, of analysing as to why have we met any specific person whether directly or through a referral. There probably is a hidden purpose why God makes this happen, although it may appear incidental. We, hence, need to leverage the contacts (network) we have, in the right direction.

Today’s competition is the “Depth of knowledge” which is a direct outcome of the extent of our curiosity. It is important to feed our curiosity with the right series of thoughts and actions, to fetch information. Learning from the world of others, is an outstanding opportunity that comes our way. We all should make best possible use of it, and leverage it, to help us grow and spread knowledge, very similar to the fact that a candle burns itself to spread light.

The digital transformation that is occurring today, has enabled us to gather knowledge faster and better, but transmitting it for ease of understanding of others, is the key. We all need to become good teachers so that we can produce a better breed of tomorrow’s citizens. Just imagine, if each one of us can pick a domain to become an expert, the world could become such a wiser place as a result of knowhow that we translate and disseminate through digital transformation. Indeed, Knowledge is Power !

Another important art while we do the translation and dissemination is the art of writing : briefer the better ! In our childhood, we learnt precise writing, which we now should put to use. The ‘briefer the better’ principle should never miss out significant content and still give a complete overview. Ultimately, excellence is our goal !
