Rising Star Academy - The Next Level
“Welcome to your lovely life.”

NOTE: This guide and schedule are recommended for young people between the ages of 17–25 and are operating under the assumption that the Rising Star in question will be spending the majority of their day at home. The schedule can be copied and altered to become more compatible with the daily schedules of individual students, but most Academy rules were devised with homebodies in mind.
That being said, anybody can take the advice documented in this academy planner should they so choose, as anyone can be a potential Rising Star.
Congratulations, Young Star! And welcome to Rising Star Academy: School to the future pillars and performers of this beautiful world. Rising Stars are individuals who will someday influence, inspire, and lead the masses towards bettering themselves and our planet, and with proper marketing, our Rising Stars will hopefully guide generations of promising young stars to come. We hope to see you shining overhead like you ought to be, unlike so many promising young stars that burn out before their debut and fall back down to Earth without a care to rebuild their future. I know you won’t stray from your purpose.
Everybody has something to offer to the world. A gift that they were born with that translates to a skill they must develop to unlock their full potential. Whether someone’s gift is technical, scientific, sociological, psychological, creative, soulful, low profile, or extremely common, everyone has something they can use to their advantage. To get the farthest in life, it is your responsibility to nurture that gift so it can blossom into a well-respected and sought-after talent. Most people live a quiet life of acceptance and repetition, never hoping to strive for more than what they have either because they are too comfortable to ask for more or too timid to believe they deserve better. This practice is both cowardly and selfish. Not because it is a crime to be comfortable, but because depriving yourself of your purpose in life is also denying the world of yourself. Why keep yourself hidden from a world you’re supposed to rule over?
Before you give up on your childhood dreams in favor of an existence that is “safer” or “more realistic,” ask yourself these questions: How many neurosurgeons in the world spend their days complaining about gas prices and playing games on Roblox? How many supermodels waste their days bed-rotting while scrolling through Instagram lives, wondering why they don’t look as attractive as the airbrushed AI filter on their phone screen? How many humanitarians get riled up being fake activists online while doing absolutely nothing productive in real life? How long are you willing to let your own life pass you by before you realize you’ve done absolutely nothing with the free will God gave you? Talents aren’t meaningless invisible words or ideas floating around in the space adjacent to your brain. Talents are currency. And when someone hands you a money clip, you don’t bury it in your backyard and save it for a day when it will become necessary to spend all at once. You invest in yourself and use your currency to multiply your earnings until you’re making more funds than you can even count in a sitting. This is not about money.

Academy Schedule:
Morning -
In the Academy, weekday mornings start between 4:00 and 5:00 AM; waking up any later results in mandatory pushups and no breakfast. +5 push-ups for every ten minutes slept in and if breakfast is absolutely necessary for any fatal or personal reasons then you are allowed to provide yourself a singular slice of toast and a large glass of water.
Exorcising should take place immediately after waking up, regardless of current physical form. The body is stiff after slumber due to a lack of muscle use and fluid buildup from lying down, and needs to be loosened up to wake the nervous system and get the body functioning normally. I recommend a few short flexibility exercises and light Pilates as soon as you wake up. (There is no excuse)
There are free videos available on YouTube, free playlists available on Spotify, and an unlimited amount of resources online. Stretching immediately after rest will restore the body’s natural blood flow, help lubricate your joints, and awaken your brain for a fully operational workday. This activity should take no more than ten to fifteen minutes, then you’ll take your morning shower.
For breakfast, I advise you to drink a hot beverage first thing in the morning. Studies show that hot beverages rehydrate your body after slumber and stimulate the digestive tract, aiding in bowel movements and encouraging your body to function like a well-oiled machine. Warm drinks also soothe the throat and help to clear up morning grogginess so that you sound your best throughout the day. I would recommend pouring yourself a cup of hot honey water with lemon and drinking it while eating a decently sized breakfast that includes some form of fruit or vegetable, a sustainable amount of protein, and nutrients suitable to your diet.
The worst thing anyone can do in the morning is intentionally withhold sustenance from themselves knowing they struggle with diet control, which will develop into poor eating habits later in the day. Eat a breakfast that will keep you satisfied throughout the day without making yourself too full, then immediately begin moving after you’ve finished eating — even if it’s just to walk around your house — to improve digestion and help manage your glucose levels. With that being said, make sure you are also drinking water throughout the day. Some form of water should be paired with all of your meals. And for those who don’t like consuming water, water can be found in raw fruits and vegetables and can be consumed both flavored (no added sugars or artificial sweeteners) and carbonated as well. Drink water throughout the day.
Work should be completed in the morning when you have little to no responsibilities. Schoolwork, projects, daily tasks, house chores, and the like should all be completed and out of the way by 12:00 to 1:00. This way, you have time in the afternoon to cater to yourself and complete personal goals you’ve set for yourself that may be more leisurely in comparison. This all boils down to priority management. Do you write your essay first or practice parallel parking? Do you submit your remote work to your job first or change the water filter in your goldfish’s tank? The answer is not determined by which task matters more to you, it is determined by which one will affect you more in the long run and whether your choice will positively or negatively impact your life.

Afternoon -
Notice how much free time you have now that all of your chores and tasks have been completed for the day? Enjoy yourself, but don’t get too comfortable. After all, comfort is the predecessor to laziness and laziness is the thief of progress. After twelve is when the real action begins for the day. Whenever you can, try to schedule social events in the early afternoon so you have the entire morning to prepare. This way, you’re never late, which is the art of staying ready so you don’t have to rush to get ready. If certain tasks in your daily routine take longer than fifteen minutes, or are prone to having unpredictable outcomes, it’s best to focus on those specific chores after all of your more important tasks have been completed.
If your makeup takes you two hours to complete, I would advise you to begin your makeup routine after 12:00 or 1:00 PM. If you have difficulties doing your hair, then it’s best to practice this skill later on in the day preferably when you don’t have anywhere else to be. This way, if you prepare your hairstyle the afternoon or evening before an event, it’ll take about five minutes to style the next morning. Alternatively, if you have anything important on your To-Do list that could realistically take less than four hours to complete — most hassles are surprisingly quick and easy once procrastination is eliminated — now is the time to knock a couple of items off of that roster.
You should never have nothing to do, even on “lazy” days. You are a busy person and will remain a busy person until your hopefully early retirement. Even if you aren’t leaving your house, there should always be something preoccupying your time. Reorganizing an old Pinterest board, selling your childhood clothes online, spending time on your hobbies. There is always something to do so do not restrict yourself to doomscrolling or bed-rotting. Inertia is unbecoming of Rising Stars, and objects at rest tend to stay at rest. Be constantly in motion and surrounded by the feeling of success. The brain interprets little victories as accomplishments and motivates you to continue accomplishing things in the long run. Finishing a book can be just as rewarding a victory as writing one, so never sell yourself short. Furthermore, once you do finish that book, purchase the next one in the series. If you don’t have anything to do, find something to do.
12:00 — 1:30
Personal tasks/selective chore completion
1:30 — 2:00
Personal tasks + passion projects/selective chore completion
2:00 — 3:25
Passion projects/selective chore completion + midday exorcise
3:25 — 4:00
Self care/wind down in preparation for the evening time (revisit daily chores and eat a good lunch)
4:00 — 5:00
Freshen up for the day, change into more comfortable clothes/wind down
Evening -
At the end of the day, you should have nothing serious going on, no strenuous activities to take care of, and nothing but time on your hands to relax and pamper yourself. Alas, Evening time is only as peaceful as you allow it to be. If you spend your morning and afternoon doing nothing productive, all of that productivity will be forced onto the evening time, which will stifle progress because of the lack of energy and eventually burn you out. Most geniuses and gifted individuals burn themselves out before they can accomplish anything, either due to stress, pressure, perfectionism, or mental health issues derived from the fear of letting everyone down. However, if you don’t take care of yourself and your own needs first thing in the morning, then you don’t become one of your own priorities. And here at Rising Star Academy, we pride our students on showing up as the best, feeling like the best, and treating themselves like they are the best.
Evening is the time of rest, when the world seems to slow down for a few hours as the sun sets in the west. A time to relax on the sofa with a book, watch something relaxing, or play a quick game before bed. And before long, everything feels like it’s moving in slow motion. This is the environment you want to achieve later in the day since it’s preparing your mind for slumber. Do your evening skincare and hair prep routine, apply your press-ons for the morning to come, get into the habit of aesthetically winding down so that when it is truly time to sleep, you don’t find yourself tossing and turning in bed for two hours instead of actually resting. And if it does take you a while to fall asleep, I would recommend lying down early and listening to an inspiring podcast or ASMR before bedtime. No meals two hours before bed, which can promote morning bloat and trigger acid reflux, no doomscrolling or watching upsetting news, which can spike your adrenaline levels when certain content is consumed and trick your mind into staying active, and no engaging with horror content late at night if you’re particularly squeamish. The best thing one can do in the evening is chill.
5:00 — 6:00 Begin to wind down for the day, double check completed chores and update your schedule/calendar
6:00 — 6:30 Practice meditation/breathing exorcises/utter a light prayer in order to calm your mind
6:30 — 7:00 After dinner, do a calming activity in a comfortable position — nothing too daunting or exciting, this is mean to be a soothing time
7:00 — 8:25 Be sure your kitchen is completely clean after a meal and prepare your mind for rest
8:25 — 9:00 Migrate to your bed after skincare/body prep, prepare for slumber, assume sleep-like position
Night -
While you don’t have to go to sleep at exactly 9:00 PM, the recommended sleeping schedule for the Academy is between 9:30 and 11:45. Should you wish to stay up any later, every ten minutes you stay up will be translated to five minutes of morning stretches for the next day. Remember, throughout the day you should be working towards your goals, bettering yourself, finding time to study — even if you aren’t in school — and making the most of your time. If you aren’t making memories you should be making money. And if you aren’t making money then you are failing yourself and wasting your talents. The worst thing a gifted individual can do is waste the abilities bestowed upon them an accomplishment absolutely nothing. Take the route of the issue by the neck and fix it. Sometimes all a person needs to improve their life is a good schedule.
9:00 — 10:00
Lay down and practice breathing/memorization exorcises to trick your brain into sleeping
10:00 — 11:00
Listen to book readings, white noise, or ASMR without staring at a screen if you find yourself awake (If necessary take a calming supplement or drink tea earlier on in the evening)
11:00 — 12:00
Either drift off into slumber or stare at the ceiling above/your brain at ease and do not give into idle pleasures (No scrolling. No excuses.)
Remember, not every Rising Star gets a chance to shine, so wish upon yourself and ignite the light from within.
