I was born and raised in Japan.

​Every time I travel abroad, I realize how wonderful Japan is in so many ways. That’s why I started this page! I want to share useful tips, explain unique local rules, and give you practical advice so you can have a safe, comfortable, and amazing time during your stay in Japan.

​Japan has so many different faces—from the snowy winters of Hokkaido to the warm, tropical vibes of Okinawa. Of course, the local food and breathtaking scenery change completely depending on where you go! Through my posts, I’ll take you deeper into the real Japan.

​By the way, speaking of something uniquely Japanese, one of my absolute favorite hobbies is relaxing in an Onsen (natural hot springs).
